Location: Chelsea. Our room is on the ground level, and this is an accessible space.

Join us for a mixed media class!

We will be creating sensory tactile mixed media pieces. Attendees will be provided canvas boards and a variety of fabrics, pompoms, pipe cleaners, papers, and other physical objects. We will then glue these objects onto canvas boards or other structures using modge podge and hot glue.

We’ll start the session with some background, tips and guidance on using the materials, and a theme to work around. Attendees will spend the majority of the session working on their portion of the piece. At the end of the session, all the individual segments will be combined together as a big group work that has a variety of different textures. 

All materials will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own objects (small items that can be glued onto a surface) to incorporate!
