DESCRIPTION:

Sewing can be a handy skill to learn: from learning to adjust/repair your clothing, customize and decorate things you own, create your own clothes, accessories, etc - the possibilities are endless!

We will start with introductions, and a short demonstration of some basic hand sewing techniques. After going through the basics, we’ll give attendees a small project to work on.

All materials will be provided. This is a casual, low stress event, no experience necessary! We don’t have the classroom for lunch, but you’re still welcome to get lunch at 1:00 and sit in the living room area with other attendees!
